I am always amazed at what I learn from user interviews. Every experience brings a wealth of information.

If it’s about a product, no one ever uses it the way you intended. If it’s about a website and a user has a difficulty you never considered, you’ll find five more people who have the exact same issue.

I have experience developing usability tests, research interview plans and conducting the interviews and synthesizing the findings into actionable improvements.
